Privacy Policy

We offer a 14 Day money back guarantee on all the goods we supply you. This means if you wish to return any item that you have purchased within 14 days of purchase you may do so providing the goods are complete and unused in their original packaging. The 14 day period starts from the day after you receive the goods. If you have received the incorrect goods or the goods you have received are faulty or damaged you must advise us within a reasonable time of receipt using the contact details below stating the exact nature of the problem.

If you wish to return an item please call us on 01788 574107 or email us at returns@fasteng.co.uk stating the reason for return and your order number from your invoice.

We will refund your credit or debit card for the goods that you return (excluding delivery costs) when we receive your goods back into our warehouse (or within 30 days of cancellation of an order if you exercise your right to cancel). If the goods are returned due to an error on our part or the goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or you are returning the goods under your right to cancel, we will also refund you for the delivery costs.

Please ensure when you are returning goods to ourselves that you use a reputable delivery service who can provide you with evidence that they have delivered your goods back to us. For advice on the best ways to return goods please contact our customer services department on 01788 574107.

Your right to cancel

Under current legislation you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason for doing so, starting from the day after you receive your goods. To exercise this right you must inform us of you wish to cancel by email to returns@fasteng.co.uk by fax to 01788 542179 or by letter to the address at the bottom of this page. Please state clearly the goods you wish to return along with the invoice number. It is your responsibility to arrange safe return of any goods you wish to return within a reasonable time following your cancellation notification. Any goods returned under your right to cancel must be complete, unused and in their original condition. We will credit your credit/debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
